A Proof is Sent Before Printing
Accuracy matters on a memorial card because the card may be kept for many years.
Before printing, we send a digital proof so the family can check the name, dates, photographs, prayers, verses and personal wording.
Changes can be requested at proof stage. Printing only begins after approval, so the family is not rushed into final production.
If wording is difficult, we can help with suitable prayers, verses and simple family wording.

Verses & Wording
Help with Wording, Verses and Prayers
Choosing the wording can be one of the hardest parts of ordering memorial cards. Some Wexford families already have a favourite prayer, hymn, poem or Irish blessing. Others prefer to look through examples before deciding.
You can send your own wording, use one of the verses from the website, or ask for help arranging a mixture of both. We set out the wording clearly on the proof so it can be checked before printing.
Common choices include
- Traditional prayers and Verses
- Irish blessings and poems
- Short remembrance verses
- Personal family messages
- Your own chosen wording
- A combination of chosen and personal wording
Quantity Guide
Deciding How Many Cards You Need
Most families start by writing a short list of who should receive a card.
That list often includes family, neighbours, friends, former work colleagues, people who attended the funeral, people who sent Mass cards and relatives abroad.
For many orders, 50 or 100 cards is enough. Larger families or families posting cards to several households may need more.
We can advise on quantity before print if you are unsure.
