Ordering is simple through our website: select your product (card, bookmark, or wallet card), choose a title and verse, and upload your preferred photos. Our professional designers will then create a fitting keepsake and send you a proof for approval before any printing begins.
Yes, we fully support the use of Irish on all our memorial stationery. You can choose from our selection of traditional Irish blessings or provide your own custom text to ensure the tribute is a meaningful reflection of your loved one’s heritage.
Because our cards are personalised and bespoke, you can only cancel your order before the design work has begun or before it has gone to print. Once custom work has started, a cancellation fee may apply to cover the designer’s time.
Our professional Design studio and Print Works is located in Sandyford, Dublin. From this central hub, we manage the bespoke design, print, and video production for families across Ireland and international locations.

Once you approve your design proof, we typically dispatch orders within 3 to 5 working days. We offer free delivery throughout Dublin and all 32 counties in Ireland, as well as the UK. Express delivery options are often available upon request.
Yes, while we offer free delivery to Ireland and the UK on orders over €80, we also ship internationally to the USA, Canada, Australia, and beyond. International shipping is provided at a nominal postage cost to ensure your family abroad receives their keepsakes.
We provide tracking for all orders. If your package is delayed, please contact us. While we cannot control third-party courier delays, we will investigate immediately to ensure your tribute reaches you as quickly as possible.

Yes, Eternal Memorial Cards provides a free bespoke design service with every order. Unlike many DIY websites, our professional graphic designers manually edit your photos, remove backgrounds if needed, and layout your text at no extra cost to ensure a premium finish.
Absolutely. We always provide a digital proof of your design for you to review. We will not proceed to print until you are 100% happy with the layout, photos, and text. This ensures your memorial cards are exactly as you envisioned.
For the best results, we recommend high-resolution digital photos (300dpi). However, our team is highly skilled at photo restoration and can often enhance older or lower-quality prints. If you are unsure, you can email us your photo for a free quality check.
Absolutely. You can include your own heartfelt poems, personal tributes, or traditional prayers in Irish or English. Simply include the text when ordering, and we will integrate it into your bespoke design.
Yes. We specialise in unique memorial stationery. You can supply your own background images—such as a favourite landscape, hobby, or home place—and our designers will build a custom card around them at no extra cost.
- QUALITY & TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Upon arrival, please check your cards carefully. If we have made a printed error that differs from your approved proof, we will reprint and dispatch replacements immediately at no cost to you.
Not exactly. Screens (RGB) and professional printers (CMYK) use different systems. While we use award-winning printing technology, slight variations in shade may occur between your glowing screen and the physical premium cardstock.
Screens are backlit, making photos look brighter than they appear on paper. We manually adjust your photos to ensure the best possible print quality, but the physical texture of the card will naturally look different than a digital display.
We use high-precision creasing and cutting equipment. However, because cards are printed on heavy premium cardstock, a fraction of a millimetre (up to 1mm) of movement is considered within industry tolerance for professional printing.
Yes. As is standard with professional printers, a very small, discreet copyright mark (© Eternal Memorial Cards) is printed on the back or inside of our cards to protect our unique designs.
