Come to me, all of you
who are tired from carrying your heavy loads,
and I will give you rest.


God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.


Don’t weep at my grave, for I am not there. I’ve a date with a butterfly to dance in the air. I’ll be singing in the sunshine, wild and free, playing tag with the wind, while I’m waiting for thee.


Time cannot steal the treasures that we carry in our hearts. Nor ever dim the shining thoughts our cherished past imparts For the memories of the ones we loved still cast a gentle glow, To grace our days and light our paths, wherever we may go.


Beautiful things in this life are manifold it’s true. We count the stars by thousands, the birds and flowers too. The sunsets and dawnings, rare beauties far and near, but all the wide world over, there’s just one ‘Mother Dear.


No farewell words were spoken, no time to say goodbye. You were gone before we knew it, and only God can tell us why. It broke my heart to lose you but you didn’t go alone, for part of me went with you, the day God called you home.


May He support us all the day long till the shadows lengthen and the evening comes and the busy world is hushed and the fever of life is over and our work is done; then in His mercy may He give us a safe lodging and a holy rest and peace at last. Cardinal Newman.


May there always be work for your hands to do. May your purse always hold a coin or two. May the sun always shine on your window pane. May a rainbow be certain to follow each rain. May the hand of a friend always be near you. May God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you.

We Give Our Loved Ones Back to God We give our loved ones back to God. And just as He first gave them to us and did not lose them in the giving, so we have not lost them in returning them to Him … for life is eternal, love is immortal, death is only a horizon … and a horizon is nothing but the limit of our earthly sight.

O God, the Creator and Redeemer of all the faithful, grant to the souls of Thy servants departed, the full remission of their sins, that through pious supplications they may obtain the pardon which they have always desired. Who livest and reignest world without end. Amen.


I believe in mystery and miracles and the magic of a new day. I believe in angels and natural wonders and the beauty inside people. I believe in rainbows and happy endings and dreams come true. I believe in a bright and shining tomorrow ahead for you.


God saw you getting tired, and a cure was not to be. So He put his arms around you and whispered, “Come to Me.” With tearful eyes we watched you and saw you pass away, and although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.


Day is done, gone the sun, from the hills and from the sky. All is well, safely rest, safely rest, all is well. Fading light dims the sight, and a star gems the sky. Gleaming bright from afar, drawing nigh, falls the night. Dear one, rest!

If roses grow in Heaven Lord, please pick a bunch for me. Place them in my mother’s arms and tell her they’re from me. Tell her I love her and miss her much And when she turns to smile, place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for awhile.


It’s so strange that those in need and those we love the best, are just the ones God called away and took them home to rest. But every time I think of Dad I seem to hear God say: “Have faith and trust my Promise You’ll meet again some day”.


If we had all the world to give, we’d give it, yes, and more. To hear his voice, to see his smile and greet him at the door. But all we can do dear father, is go and tend your grave. And leave behind tokens of love To the best Dad that God made.


When we remember your smile, it brightens up our day. And thoughts of your warmth and love, always smooth the way. Your gentle spirit is still with us, though you maybe gone. Sunny days and cool breezes, Always for you dear Mum.


Things I feel most deeply are the hardest things to say. Dear Mum, I loved you always, in my own very special way. If I could have one lifetime wish, one dream that could come true. I’d pray to God with all my heart, someday I’ll be with you.


Never say goodbye to love and let it pass away. Always hold me in your heart and think of me each day. For my love is always with you, from now until the end. For moments shared will never die and true love shall transcend.

We lost a dad with a heart of gold. How much we miss him can never be told. He shared our troubles & helped us along. If we follow his footsteps, we will never go wrong.


Looking back with memories, upon the path you trod. We bless the hours we had with you and will leave the rest with God.


Your life was one of kindly deeds, a helping hand for others needs. Sincere and true in heart and mind, beautiful memories left behind.
